Lynd Company, NEED I SAY MORE' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   okay, where do I begin' Ever since the Lynd Company took over there has been nothing but crappy service,including maint. They let anyone who has a buck move in. I'm talking 1 dollar. They had a $1 move in at one time, can you imagine what trash we have living here' People throw their beer bottles in the parking lot. I've seen the girl in the office walk over trash while showing someone the complex.How unprofessional! I've had to complain about my neighbors above me 8 times to the girl in the office who claims she's new all the time. Girl, get over it you may be new but you should still represent yourself as someone who cares about your residents. She seems a little lost at times. I really love the broken A/C I've had to put up with and my leaky faucets under my bathroom sink. My fridge makes a horrible noise at times and my car has been vandalized twice. Are you getting the picture now' I hate this place. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. As a matter of fact don't go near any Lynd Company complex. All their staff sucks and is totally clueless.
