The management staff was great when I was looking. The manager was helpful, pleasant and professional...then I rented an apartment. That is where the professionalism ended. The assistant manager seems pleasant enough, but the manager is awful. In good faith, I pay my rent in time, doesn't seem like it would take days for a simple maintenance request. WRONG! It does! Unfortunately, I have a while before my lease expires. I will NOT be renewing. The "workout" room is a joke. Half of the machines don't even work. They NEVER have the a/c on in there. The complex is certainly quiet enough. The grounds are kept up. But to get any kind of help from the staff is like trying to swim upstream.
My recommendation....STAY AWAY!!!! FAR AWAY!!!!

The Lynd Company has a well-deserved reputation for terrible customer service and for trying to screw their renters over in every way possible. Numerous complaints have been filed about them on apartment review websites like this one and on consumer advocacy websites like ripoffreport.com (see http://tiny.cc/MkEJI for details). The people at the Lynd Company are just a bunch of slumlords who want to squeeze every last cent out of anyone who signs a contract with them.

I agree, I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath except the master bath has a hole in it and has not been repair since I moved in th 1st of Feb. I did manage to get $50 dollors off the last 2 months rent since I really only have 1 bath tub available. Additionally, the swimming pool has been open for only about 14 days this whole summer. 40 days of 100 plus degrees and we can't take a dip to cool off. Everything you hear about this complex is true. They are not in any hurry to fix anything. I wish someone would e-mail me back with the name of the management company that runs this place so I can elevate my complaints.
