My two main concerns were that this is not a gated community and there is a noise problem. My husbands car was broken into & had his car cd player stolen and a few days later, the same happened to one of our neighbors. It is very close to Military Dr. & this makes it easy for theives to make a fast getaway. Also, there is a railroad track across the street & you will hate the noise that the train makes at 5 o'clock in the morning...especially if you're trying to sleep in. The neighbors can also be a little loud themselves. My overall experience here was as to be expected. The upside to living here was that my maintenance needs were met quickly.
