Since the apartments were bought a year ago, service
has become worse. My air conditioner needs to be
re-charged once a month. They have not attempted to
repair it.

We lived for four months with a three foot by four foot
hole in the ceiling for about three months while the
people in the office tried to figure out how to fix it.
(They thought for a while that there was a roof leak,
but since it hadn't rained for a couple of months at the
time, it wasn't that.)

All in all, living in a large cardboard box would be
