Not good. We had leak in the pipes above our bed. We reported it, and they came to look at it. They said it was a "roof leak". It hadn't rained in months. But a roofer was coming out soon and that should take care of the problem. Hah. Leak grew worse and worse, until we had to take down the bed so it wouldn't be damaged. It was like having a waterfall in the bedroom. It took almost a month and a half for them to repair the leak itself, and then another month an a half to fix the giant hole they'd left in the ceiling -- which was dropping insulation down on us. We had to put newspaper over it ourselves. Meanwhile, no real air conditioning. It would be ninety degrees inside, they would come, put freon in the unit, and say that was as good as it was going to get. Over, and over again. Repeated power struggles with management and rent increases and constant head got to be too much. We finally moved.
