I have been living there since December of last year and I have to say I love it. The office staff (the mgr) helps you promptly and with friendliness. I have not experienced any problems with anything or anyone. I have a friend who lives on the northeast side at an apartment complex that is suppose to be a nicer one than the one I live due to the fact that its new and has much more security, well he has had problems with neighbors, (had to call the cops on), car broken in to, residents trashing the complex all around. It is sad to say he pays $120 more than I do and his place is much smaller than mine.
