The community as a whole is what you can expect from a low income housing apartment complex. Our experience with the management and maintance staff has been really good. Parking can be hard to find on the weekends, unless you dish out some extra bucks for a covered parking spot, then you are fine. Depending on your neighbors, your living experience can vary. It's best to get a 1st or 3rd floor apartment, 2nd floor can be very noisy at times.
