Eagle Ridge Apartments are nice on the inside. However they have bad maintenence, whom you have to call a month in advance to get something fixed. The Management is horrible and if you aren't made for kissing a** then trust me you don't want to deal with these withches in the office. There is never good parking and you have to pay 15 dollars for a carport, where lil thugs like to hang out at. I had a jack stolen from my car that weighed at least a ton that was stolen by the local dope heads. Oh and as far as trying to wind down and go for a swim in their nice pool!! Ha HA Ha that's a joke. If you like being surrounded by a million kids and drunks then suit yourself. The walls are so then there that you can hear other people talking in their apartments. SOOOO be careful what you say because you will be heard. There is dog poop all over the place and most people there don't pickup behind their pets. I don't think they had children in mind either when they built this place up. There is only a sandlot with feces in it for the children to play in. No play zone at all for the kids & it's unsafe. cops are always there and so are paramedics and the complex itself has taken a downward spiral. Eagle Ridge is G.H.E.T.T.O. I commend them on how they keep the good landscaping but thats about it. In other words If you are young and need a starter apartment than this complex is for you!! If you have kids please take heed to the warnings, they do not like kids here. You get what you pay for and Eagle Ridge isn't much as far as the rest you do the math!! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
