Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
My ceiling caved in twice, and took over a month to fix....my place was also broken into by my thug neighboors. When asked if I could break my lease or at the least, move into a different unit, they said no and would not budge until I got a lawyer and threatened to suit them. Worst place I ever lived and felt trapped there.
