It's really not that bad. I've lived in some pretty bad places- one that made us sign away our rights to good plumbing (the alternative was to live in the street), one that forced me to move into another apartment without paying to switch my bills, etc.

I have been surprised by the courtesy and service of staff in light of the comments other people have posted.

Also, I would complain here and there about little things, but the place is 30 years old...of course the bathtub is not going to be sparkling white. Of course some of the foundation will have a crack here and there. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

the person who wrote this review works in the office... i know because that person is my friend... the place is old and run down, but thats because Aimco is not putting money in the property and the manager does not know what she is doing!

It's been almost 2 years since somebody responded to this post. Being the author of the comment, I can say I have never worked in the office and have no idea who the respondent is. Still have fond memories of Eagle's Nest- wasn't such a bad place to live, and its location is awesome.
