I don't know what kind of mental illness the people that posted here have, but this place is great. The lawns are very kept, the neighbors are nice, it's quiet...sure there's sirens sometimes BUT IT'S THE MEDICAL CENTER...what do you expect when you live in this area with all the cops and clubs. I've lived in decent apartments before but this one tops them, the staff is really friendly, we NEVER had a maintenence problem either. The only real problem I had was my air conditioner, it kinda broke, but they replaced it so now all is well. I've been here since January of 2005 and I noticed a posting from May...well, that person must be annoying or something because every time I have a complaint or need something replaced they are at my door that day or the next morning and it gets done. I'm very satisfied with the maintenence staff and the apartments themselves are very nice too, lots of light and a wonderful view. I'm moving, but only because my husband works on the other side of town and the gas prices are horrible, otherwise i'd stay here. It's a beautiful community, every community has their bad apples and if you don't want to be around bad apples you need to dig yourself a hole and stay there and never come out. C'mon you live in the city, and if you're so picky buy a house so that all you have to complain about is yourself. I'd recommend anyone living here, especially if you are newlywed like me, or have a small family. It's a great place!
