Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
If your apartment has an electrical fire due to old faulty wires, they will kick you out and leave you homeless... then charge you $75,000. Sounds crazy, but this complex has no insurance so they will pin everthing on their tenants. Oh, and not to mention the ASBESTOS...They will charge you extra for that too.
