I can't believe what a bunch of whinning crybabies are posting here.I'll just start from the top and go down.
The post entitled "homeless". this poster is flat out lying. There was a fire last year but that was started by a resident smoking on the patio. Those cigarettes that smokers careless throw everywhere START FIRES!!! Anyone who lives in an apartment without renters insurance is just plain gambling that nothing will happen to them.
SATXrenter says that the repairs were not done "quickly enough" as if he/she was the only one of 264 units that had any problems.These apartments are over 30 years old. Face it you moved here because the rent was cheap. Did you really expect the Taj Mahal'
Lavergamayor complains about the large dogs and what they leave behind. You think it's easy to prove that so in so's dog was the one that their lazy owner didn't pick up after' I'll clue you in on a little secret, Dog owners don't pick up after their animals ANYWHERE. And who do you think left all of the trash everywhere' You people can't even be bothered to put your trash INSIDE the dumpster.
And to top it all off "imperix" you violated the rules you agreed to for posting on this site by using personal information. But you probably don't have a clue or were too lazy to read the rules in the first place.
You people crack me up. If you wanted a new place to live why did you move into a 30 year old one' Yes, this property has issues it's 30 YEARS OLD. The rent is cheap so quit blaming the overburdened management and maintenance and get over it.

Yes the building is old and people were looking for a cheap place to rent, but you should be able to count on people to do their jobs, that is what they are there for. Why have a maintanice crew if they are not going to follow threw on their repairs? And if people are going to complain about the animals poop let them! That just shows others what to expect to see when they move in. If people don't like it then they can look into a complex that is not pet friendly. Not trying to ruffle feathers, but people just shouldn't get over something that is supposed to be fixed. The priority should be the tenants and keeping them happy, because if they are not happy what do you expect people to write about when rating this complex?
