I am noticing some of this bulls*** that people are posted here. This property is old and needs work. But the rent is reasonable and everybody is nice. Yes, there was a fire last year due to a smoker who carelessly thru there cigarette on the patio floor still lit. And some people have large dogs it is the dog owners responsibility to pick up after not maintenance. If you have problem here why do you keep renewing here you have an option you know. And as for Karen Ellington she did a great job a the property manager that why she got promoted to a larger property "imperix" was just looking to whine about himself to her and she does not make time for crybabies.
