I lived in building 13, and was right beside that apt that burned. There was no damage to my place or the building, mainly smoke. It was not caused by the girl smokeing (what you heard was the people talking about finding butts on the patio, and everywhere else around there) The fire was started by old wires that is a fact, the building was very old, and had foundation problems, I was only out of my apt for one day. To be honest, if you live there, get building 13, it's been redone, and the most quiet part of that complex. I wish i was still there, the place i moved to is very very bad. For me living in an apt complex, i just want to be left alone, call the police a few times on the loud ones and they go away. Keep the management away because i want my privacy. Keep in mind, it's just a place to sleep untill you buy your own home...
