I have always liked this particular complex and had applied to move in many times...when they finally had an opening I jumped on the opportuntiy right away. I filled out everything got approved and moved in ASAP. Things started off okay in the beginning, but then went down hill after that. When I needed something fixed maintanice would come right away and fix it, but then after a while they stopped coming. They came to check out a stain on the wall, and said they would be back to paint over it, I am still waiting for the wall to be painted...which is no big deal, but then they never came back to fix things in the bathroom...The pool was never open, only maybe a few times since I have lived there. It is always green and they were constantly having people come out to clean and fix it and it never got cleaned...I could hear the people upstairs all night long, and when I put in a noise complaint nothing ever happend with that. There are cats everywhere. I don't know if they are stray or actually someone's pets, but there is always poop and stuff everywhere. People are so inconsiderated with there cigarette butts...they just throw them off the patio and don't think that hello it could catch something on fire. Everytime I go onto my patio I am always having to sweep off all the cigarette butts which is so disgusting. And the roach problem is crazy too. I am constantly spraying my apartment with bug spray because of all the water leaks and the problems they have with the pipes there are a lot of water roaches and it is so gross.

Don't get me wrong I know some of these things can't be helped, but still if you are renting an apartment you want to be comfortable when you come home and I just can't be. Between the noise and the bugs, the trash and the poop, I just don't see the complex the same anymore. I was so excited about moving in and now I can not wait to get out!
