I live at Eagles Nest and have been there since august. It is a great community..i do admit that this property isnt perfect because it was built in 1977 folks..not going to be AMAZING! Overall the office staff is great and they do whatever they can in their power to help. Hello...the office personnel do not control what corporate does as far as building up this property. If you have a pet...pick its ---- up and stop expecting maintenance to do it! If this property is so bad why are you all renewing your lease..some of you have been here for years...get the hell out and stop making the community most of us do love look bad! Eagles nest does have a very nice 3 tiered pool that is currently being rennovated. The pool is open but its the damn winter! Some of you need to shut your damn mouths or move the hell out!

hi i'm Fernando, ex-maint supervisor. i didn't write this. i did my best to make something good happen but years of neglect left me with more than my fair share of work. i wish there is more i could've done. i lived on property and felt your pain. hey at least your not homeless....like me.
