This was a good place to live in until a few months ago. Ever since the Aimco company sold to this new company, I have heard nothing but excuses. The reply to every repair request has been "in two weeks" or "we are doing major repairs, so we will have to wait on it." I have had a leak on the ceiling for a good while (almost 7 months), and now there is mold growing on certain parts. I have asked a number of times for assistance, but nothing.

The staff in the office treats the custumers like they are a bother, and to get the attention of the secretery, well good luck. She's either to busy texting on her cell phone, and when you do get her attention, she never looks at you and it almost seems like she's to good to be talking to you. The manager talks down to you like the cutumer is a total ditz, and one of her best sayings is "I'm sorry", never taking any responsibilities or saying that she will take care of things.

The only good thing I can say is that the maintance crew is great. They are always professional and try to help you in any way they can. The neighbors, while they last, are also good people. I have had a number of neighbors move in and out because of the treatment they receive. I have lived here for 2 years, and I am glad to say that as soon as this lease is up, I am out of here. Stay away, you have been warned...

I agree! The new management company SUCKS as well as the new office staff. The manager ----- constantly lies just to get you to leave. She makes all these promises and never falls through. Months and months go by with no results on ANYTHING. The ---- at the front desk is a total ----- like her boss -----. I've never seen either one dress professional. I have also seen online that a sex offender is living here! I was told no felons were accepted when I moved in here. Another lie from -----. This place has a lot of crime. There are drug dealers living here. Apartment and cars are always getting broken in to. Do not move in here you will hate it like the rest of us do.
