You should seriously think twice befor moving into these apartments. I had serious mold issues the entire thime I lived at this complex, I finally was released from my lease when my doctor provided a note concerning my daughters health conditions based on her exposure to mold. I talked to the man who used to paint the apartments and he told me that mold has infested all the interior of the apartments and it is a huge issue. Also the maintenance is sooo slow and they never once fixed a problem the first time they tried. I wasn't able to use my downstairs bathroom for 6 months after moving in, and it was not because I forgot to report the problem. It just took repeated trips to fix something the correct way. The whole property is so old and has not been well maintained. And the current manager, just beware, she is SOMETHING ELSE. They don't qualify the tenants, I had a building of drug dealers right by my apartment and of course nothing was ever done. It is my opinion that they are more worried in the office about collecting money and don't give a rat's ass about the quality of living for ther tenants.
