We have been here 2 1/2 years and are ready to leave! It was ok when we first moved in, but it has gone WAY down hill! There has been a murder since the hurricanes, neighbors kicking on doors, and management had my disabled neighbors car illegally towed from her own assigned parking places! Then we had to go and pay to get the car out on Thanksgiving weekend. Management is unresponsive, not answering phone calls, the place has recently sold in October to someone new. They have cut down alot of trees, but they need to get rid of the old management, and get our maintenence man some good help, he is THE ONLY decent person around here. The A/C unit fails at least 3-4 times a summer and we pay almost 1000 a month to live here. Clean out the trashy neighbors, the trashy managment, or expect the place to go further down hill. If you love the ghetto, this is the place for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shayla, We did not authroize your neighbors car to be towed and we all worked together to try to find a quick and satisfactory resolution to the situation. We have suspeneded the towing company from coming on the property in the future to avoid similar situations in the future.

It was not a satisfactory resolution to the problem. We had to come up with the money first, not you. Yeah, you had it refunded, but it was MY GAS, MY CAR, MY MILES and OUR CASH we had to cough up to get the car out of impound that was illegally towed. I have a right to post, we had major issues with a/c , hot water, and I have never lied on my post. There was a murder after the hurricane on the property, wasn't there? I never posted the nast pictures of the pool that we could not swim in because it was not kept clean. people have a right to know about previous management issues. maybe the new management will wipe the slate clean of the embarrasments of our old ones, and give the apts a new reputation
