El Chaparral Apartments is a very unsafe place to live. It's too noisy, the management is rude and show no sighns of professionalism. Laura only wants to give people the shaft. They lose your money and then she has the odasity to blame you about it. And she get's paid for what, to go to school. Because she lives in Stone Oak she thinks she's big ----. I don't think so. Trash comes from everywhere, and there's a big piece of trash "managing" the El Chaparral Apartments. I remember when people weren't afraid to go outside. Now everyone's afraid they're going to get shot. I know I am. I guess I'm going to be "assed out" (ring a bell, Laura)of $1400.00. She claims she doesn't have a boss "persay" but who's paying her. What she needs to do is come down from her high and get to ------- work. "ASSED OUT", I'll show you. I told you I was going to resolve this, and you just watch me. Remember, I always keep a promise.

Rachel, I understand you are upset by the situation but maybe if you had pay your rent you would not have found yourself in your current situation. I can't see how furthering my education or where my family and I choose to live has anything to do with the apartment community but if either one of those situations are negative in your eyes that's okay with me. Good luck finding a new apartment. My staff and I will be very sorry to see you go.

It sounds like "poor" Laura is the most dangerous thing out there. Somebody should get a net and remove her from the property so everyone can get on with life.
