Unsafe Complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   El Chaparral Apartments is a very unsafe place to live. It's too noisy, the management is rude and show no sighns of professionalism. Laura only wants to give people the shaft. They lose your money and then she has the odasity to blame you about it. And she get's paid for what, to go to school. Because she lives in Stone Oak she thinks she's big ----. I don't think so. Trash comes from everywhere, and there's a big piece of trash "managing" the El Chaparral Apartments. I remember when people weren't afraid to go outside. Now everyone's afraid they're going to get shot. I know I am. I guess I'm going to be "assed out" (ring a bell, Laura)of $1400.00. She claims she doesn't have a boss "persay" but who's paying her. What she needs to do is come down from her high and get to ------- work. "ASSED OUT", I'll show you. I told you I was going to resolve this, and you just watch me. Remember, I always keep a promise.
