extremely poor maintenance and hard to reach staff. have a problem with a leak in the master bathtub and sink. i tried turning the water off but now it leaks with that off, but thats not the problem. i've been waiting on maintenance for 3 mths to "order" the parts.( home depot is like 8 miles away) it took a month to just get the work order in so it look like "only" 2 mths since i've had this problem but i think i've been extremely patient waiting even the 2 mts. now i have no hot water because of the leak. i'm so pissed off.
