Unfortunately, for the first time, I've actually felt the need to respond to a very unjust review. To the resident who thinks, "this place sucks", please visit my office and address your issues with me. I have always had an open door policy for the past 5 years as manager here. You sound very unhappy, and I would love to discuss your apprehension and discontent. That is my job. Several of my maintenance staff have been performing maintenance repairs for over 10 years. They know what theyre doing. The ladies in the office you call "-------" are genuinely kind and hard working women who see to 384 apartment homes and their tenants. I strive to manage and maintain The Enclave community and welcome any suggestions. This website is available for everyone to express there opinions and ratings, and many do so without using profanity.

Couldn't you have responded specifically to the users comments instead of rating your apartment complex at a 5 to make this statement? I wonder how many more comments you have made to raise your rating. Maybe you should spend more time caring about your tenents and less time on the computer.
