I have lived in this complex for the past 7 months, the managment is always nice and the maintanance is quick to fix things. My real complaints are the trash compactor, the gates, and the constant repairs of the parking lots.

The trash compactor overflows every weekend, and I have seen the maintanance crew cleaning up the mess piled infront of it twice in one day. It is right in the path of the leasing agents when they are showing the complex, but it is like that every day. It is time to put dumpsters around the complex or allow the residents to press the button to operate the compactor.

The Gates are constantly breaking down, there is no point in having them anyway, when one person uses their card to get in ten follow them through and the security guard just watches. Or else you get somebody trying to get through the gates that doesn't belong here or have the code to call their friends and they just block the entrance until someone lets them in.

As far as the parking lot is concerned, well I am glad that they are getting it repaired, but when they had the front repaired recently there was no one directing traffic through the outbound gate that was not blocked, and when they moved traffic to the inbound lane the guy from the repaving company who had a sign to tell which direction to stop was sitting on his but on the curb talking to another guy. I almost hit a car that was coming out as I was making the blind turn into the complex.

In summary, the I enjoyed my time here, the managment and mantaince staffs were good at what they do, but the security and contracting needs to be improved. Oh and the TRASH issue needs to be resolved.
