When we came for a visit they made it seem very convienent and easy to live here. The outside seems perfect and it had everything we needed. But once we moved it was horrible. The one most important thing that is a must to everyone is the AC! They have came here 4 times and still cannot fix the problem. We try to get it to be on 75, and it 90 in here. It is horrible. Another thing when we just moved here every body was nice and once we get problems they get all rude. My husband gets transfered from his job and they get all rude about breaking the lease. The manangement is not professional here at all. And don't get to your apartment after 9 pm because you will have no parking.

It' sad that you feel this way. I've never had a problem with maintenance repairing anything. I had to have my AC replaced after many problems, but I was patient. I'm very surprised about the people in the office too. They have been the most understanding management staff I've ever had to deal with-I've lived in about 10 different apartment complexes. Try talking to them again, they also have a second manager you can request to see. Good Luck!

I'm surprised to here you have these kinda problems. Are you sure we live at the same apartments? I've lived here for 3 years and know the manager, Jennifer, for a while. She has always been sweet. Are you sure "they" are the ones being rude?

well lets see--management can be sweet all they want but I agree they need to learn how to respect and how to professionally manage a business and dress like professionals to

I've lived in the apartment for two years. My breaker box blew and I was without electricity. I reported this very early in the morining and they did not call anyone until 5. They decided that they were not going to pay someone to come fix it and I was stuck without a place to live for the night. They attempted to give me and my husband a "show room" for the night. There was a twin size bed and a small couch that you could not fit on if you wanted to lay down. We had to rent a hotel room and then we had to replace all our food b/c it took them two days to fix the electricity.
