Understand this: This review is to express my opinion of The Enclave Apartment and how they are doing for the year 2007. I have renewed my lease for another year!

The Leasing Team:

Monica Apartment Manager You have accommodated me in many different needs throughout the year, here at the complex. You have insured my safety with that great security team that has been hired and I am loving it, I feel totally confident for my well being. GREAT JOB!


Orlando Senior Leasing Consultant. You have done such a spectacular job in taking care of me, any issues you have resolved them and your personality is great. You continue to utilize your personnel skills to finally convince me to sign my lease for another year. Your are absolutely a great person, who has great communication skills, people skills and knowledge of what folks want in a leasing company.

All Other Leasing Team Personnel:

I have not known the other leasing personnel, Tanya and Beverly, for too long but you always treat me with kindness and concern. I appreciate that. This is not something that I know you are not employed to do, but make that extra effort to make me feel at home.

Maintenance:

John: Everyone loves John. Whenever I have a maintenance problem, due to wear and tear or just something doesn t work, John is there to fix it. What a great guy. He doesn t talk too much and doesn t slack off (EVER). He works hard to get it done and never complains. That is clear dedication. Thanks.

Eddie: New guy. He is working his way to be as spectacular as John. Keep up the good work. This guy is real pleasant and focused.

Sergio: What a great, talented person. He is one of those maintenance people that when you ask him for something, he works overtime to provide it for you.

The Other Maintenance Personnel:
You must know what you re doing because I don t know your name and if there is more of you that I have not mentioned, sorry but keep up the good work.

Overall:

The Enclave has had some problems in the pass and I have been vocal about the problems. I have also been vocal about the improvements that The Enclave has made. I am totally surprised on the turn-around that these teams of talented individuals have accomplished. The security is great, folks are not out after 10pm wondering around. The maintenance has a 24-48 hr turn-around. The office has a team of friendly individuals that know that we are paying rent and treat us, like they would like to be treated.

I wanted to express my opinion on the changes which I have seen and call out the best of the best here at MY Community.
