I have been living in the "Enclave" for about two weeks. So far, I have seen one drug deal go down, two young black males smoking pot in thier parked car and every damn time I am coming or going, there are a group of small, unattended children that like to dart out in front of my car. Someone will probably hit one soon...maybe the potheads will. Also, management kept up-prising and surprising me with hidden fees after I signed a lease. I would not recommend this place to anyone but the Narcotics police.
