I will be leaving this next weekend. I can't wait. The staff is unprofessional, not helpful in any manner and have been rude. the maint team is great. they have been fast same day or next day and friendly. I m unsure why we have gates at the front of the complex... I seen the police ( regulars here) and they were responding to a burglary. Another woman I met had her truck broken into friday night. and just about a month ago I was waken to a truck on fire in front of the building next to me. the noise level is almost always loud. people bass their radio all the time. My neighbors are constantly smoking pot on their patio. I just met a new resident that lives down stairs from me and with a little conversation I found out that he is a convicted felon. With his mom's help he was able to get this apartment. As a single female I do not feel safe here. Also another problem is the constant overflow of trash from the one and only trash dumpster in the complex. overall I would not recommend this place to others and have been a unhappy resident for to long.
