I am just wondering how some of these people get really wonderful service. I can maybe see that some people get great customer service...you know, office staff knows to be friendly to certain people because they are repeat leasers, etc. However, nothing can change the fact that the building are old, the crime is bad, there are roaches everywhere (even if you are very clean like me) and the parking even sucks. We leave in two months and I cant get out of here fast enough!

Terminix has always come out every single Monday for all service requests called in to the office. It is your responsibilty to call the office if you need pest control for your apartment. The office cannot read minds! If you act like a kid, the manager will most likely treat you like a kid. Come on...There is not one machine broken in the fitness center. You obviously do not frequent it enough. The Enclave does not provide security-please read your lease! For your information, we have courtesy patrol and you surely have not paged them recently. The office pool(we have a second newly plastered and tiled pool in the middle of the property as well) was closed for 2 weeks after the heavy rains. Weeks are very different from months. Please get your facts straight. Lying is very unbecoming. Someone must have surely infuriated you recently. The manager would love for you to make an appointment to speak with her about any issues that are undoubtedly upsetting you.

Manager will treat me like a kid? Isnt this supposed to be a professional place? I have called and notified enclave that i need terminex to come out, enclave somehow doesnt notify terminex. So thank you, but I am responsible and know how to handle pest control. I counted the number of days the pool was closed for, and it was far longer than 2 weeks. so please get your numbers straight. and its closed even now as we speak! the excercise bike was broken last i checked a few days ago. try actually sitting in it and pedalling. its not secured, which, you need it secured to get a good work out. check it out, you obviously dont. its useless to make an appointment because even if i act professionally, ------ wont. and not only that, but i've been unhappy for a year now, and things arent going to change. and lastly, yes, like you pointed out, security is not in my lease, and i know that.....but i have heard and seen people brag about security guards here (on the management team) when they clearly are there only for appearences!
