I have lived at the Enclave apartments for a few months now. I have no complaints, my experience has been good. I will admit my movein was not as smooth as expected. I did have to wait for my carpet to dry, but the office staff had explained to me prior to moving in, that the maintence was extremly busy, they did appoligize. As for any complaints against the office staff, they have been very helpful to any need. The mainteance in turn has been very prompt in attending to any request of mine. I have read previous comments, my observations: Yes they do go exactly by the lease contract. I would think that would be a good thing. At least they are not doing whatever they want and enforceing rules on a day by day basis. Which I have experienced from previous apartments. It is there job to enforce the rules of the lease. No complaints for me on that part. At least I know what is expected of me.
The community itself is nice. The fitness center is one of the best I have seen throughout this area. My children love to play on the basketball court. The grounds are nothing special, but they do try and make improvements. I know the gates have been kept open for a period of time, but then again, I adressed my concern with the office, they explained that there was somesort of problem with the computer system, and they were working on the problem. I belive they are trying. All in all, I enjoy my stay at the enclave. My adivse, do not belive everything negative or positive on this site. Try it for yourself, visit the property.
