it has cheap rent. that says enough. you get what you pay for. just remember that. the cops are somewhere on the apartment grounds pretty much every day/night. i heard gunshots last night. sure, we have only had a few stabbings/shootings...in the last few months. the swat team was outside my window last year. not only is it not safe, but most of the apartments are falling apart on the inside and outside. they have a lot of stupid rules, almost like an HOA. The swimming pool' rarely open during the summer. if it rains' forget about swimming for at least 2 weeks. maintenance' yes, they come within a few days, but they have never fixed a problem correctly the first time. usually it takes three or four times and you have to throw a fit. they have changed their apartment hours and policies since we moved in, and if you forget to pay rent until the first of the month when its due, your screwed if you work because the office closes at 530pm (but actually they always close early). for the money, i really shouldnt be complaining because its about one of the cheapest places to live...but i would never recommend this place to others. ------ is one of the rudest people i have ever met in my entire life. give people a little power, and what a power trip! a lot of the other staff is really nice, though.
