This place maybe cheap and seems nice but its not all that comes with the life of living there. i have lived there for about 1 1/2 years and happy to leave. Staff is pretty nice but they dont live there to know first hand the condition of it. Theres been alot of violences and neighbors are really noisy, also druggies( you can smell it all day long). Theres seem to be only one trash disposal in the whole Apartment lots if you live up hill near the gate sucks for you, you have to either walk a long way or drive to throw away trash. The gate sucks, it breaks every time how secure is this place' oh guards are there only for the weekends, wheres the weekday security' The one problem that i hate is the roach problems they are everywhere in the apartment!!! Theres a lot of bathrooms with mold cuz they think that having a small hole for the centralized ac water drainage in the bathroom walls can help it out, wrong!!!! if you tear the bathroom wall with the hold there will be mold growing. i have talked to a few people with this problem and its just 2 or 3 people it more like 10-15 people.
