I moved in here 6/15/07 and one-week after move-in my downstairs unit flooded because of a leak in the vacant upstairs unit. It took maintenance 3 hours to come turn the water off. Needless to say, water was pouring into my unit from unimaginable places. The paint on the walls and ceiling bubbled because so much water was behind it. They didn't repair and clean the unit properly so one week later, the mold shows up. Every month since June 2007, I've had to have them come back and bleach the mold. I've gotten eviction notices for unpaid water bills BEFORE they were due. You can get a better apartment for the same money elsewhere.
