The fitness center is average but well taken care of. The apartment isn't all that bad itself, other than the difficult process it took us to get a portable washer and dryer. When we moved in, we were told we could rent them through an outside company that the apartment complex did not do rentals, but when we proceeded to contact the outside company they no longer did residential rentals on portables and the only way I could get them would be if the Apartment complex would rent them to us. I contacted Monica and she took care of it, and said she had recently heard the new policy with the washer and dryer company and decided to go ahead and open an account and allow residents to directly rent through the complex. Fantastic :-) There are only a couple of bad things though, there is only one trash compactor, and some times it gets backed up and clogged, there will be trash sitting there on the street for a day or two, it is disgusting. The complex has a huge problem with renter's taking responsibility for picking up after their pooches. The back pool is sometimes randomly locked, and then not locked.... weird. There is no Jacuzzi :-( BOO. Last but not least, I can't stand one lady in the office (I WILL NOT SAY HER NAME), I swear to GOD if I hear that lady talk about her damn kids, and her damn ex husband one more time I might hang myself. Seriously, how unprofessional is it to tell everyone that you like to stalk your ex husband. She told us one day that she would drive to her "old house" just to watch her ex, or talk about how she doesn't know whether or not she is going to sell the old house, or how her ex left her with no money.... I feel bad for you lady, I do, but it's called the "balance of life" when working even in a semi professional industry, you need to not bring your drama to work, or talk about your drama with potential customers, it makes your customers think you are unstable and lack serious emotional control.

I will say her name...Eve...I assume thats who you are talking about. I can't stand this place...thank god my lease is up soon.
