The Enclave Apt. Complex is by far the worst complex I have ever lived in. Lets start with the only pro's...the maintenance staff and the workout facility. For the most part everytime I had a problem within my apt. the maintenance staff was there in a timely fashion. I had one instance that they were unable to help me but it was out of their control. Dead of summer my AC totally died and it was over a holiday weekend. They had to order a new AC unit for the apt. Needless to say the office staff did nothing to accomidate our situation because in the lease AC is not an considered an emergency. In my opinion AC is an emergency when the tenant has pets and its over 100 degress outside. I had to purchase a window unit because of my pets and the office staff did not offer any type of reimbursement.
One of my major concerns with the property is the ammount of pet fecal matter covering all grassy spots. The pet owners that live here DO NOT PICK UP AFTER THEIR PETS. Its foul and appaling as pet owner that picks up after my pets. In the lease it states tenants will be fined over 150 dollars if the fecal matter isn't picked up. Well thats not true. The slobs that live at this property don't care about other people and other animals. I guess when renting here one needs to take into consideration the status of persons that also rent here. The front gate rarely works. People drive in the exit. After reading other posts. People mention the rent-a-cop wow he or she really makes me feel safe. The dumpster is always full of garbage. For about one month the trash compactor/dumpter wasn't working. There was a large dumpter over flowing with garbage stinking up the property. This property has at least one water main break per month. The water will be shut off early mornings until mind afternoon. This is an inconvenience for those of us that need to work in the AM. Please renters spend the extra money and rent elsewhere. This is a honest accurate post of what living in the Enclave is really like. If you rent here the first month you will not understand what I'm talking about because I also thought the place was ok within the first month. It all goes down hill. Do not be fooled by the front desk. Everyone will treat you like gold up until you sign the lease. The people working in the office are rude, crude, and highly unprofessional. I would hire the homeless people begging for change on the corner of Pieren Bietel over every single person that works in that office. Wow, it honestly makes me laugh everytime I walk in that office and yes, I'm laughing at you. I hope you read this post and comment on how everything I wrote are falsities because I will get another laugh outta you people. Anyways once again. Rent Elsewhere.

John, I was very surprised to read your review. I was glad to see that you renewed your lease with us for another year. I had already submitted the 3 day maintenance guarantee check on 7/21/09 for the unfortunate delay with your AC installation on July 4th. I am confused about the angry comments from you regarding how the office did not care about your situation. The review does not reflect the John I know. I have always maintained good contact with your wife , however I have not heard from you in a while especially about these issues you have shared on line. I would love to meet with you at your convenience since you have chosen to continue your residency here at The Enclave for another 12 month.
