Was great... not so much now.

Well, to start this, I moved here over two years ago. When I first moved here, my neighbors were good, noise was good, and the extra persons that would come to the basketball court was lowered. I don't really know what happened, but everything has changed.

1. The basketball court is always filled in the afternoon with people that don't live here. And I know this because you can see them walking out our gate when the games are through.

2. The pool is always closed.

3. The quality of people have changed. We have people that walk around constantly without their shirts on and just stare at people as they walk by.

4. Animal feces are everywhere. No one picks up after their animals.

5. This is a big apartment complex. There is only one dumpster and it's usually broken.

6. No matter how many times I clean my kitchen, in my pantry and on my counters, roaches are everywhere. We had pest control supposedly come in but no change. I feel sorry for who ever gets this apartment after me.

7. The maintenance staff is usually wonderful but no one believed us whenever we told them in the dead of summer that our AC was breaking. It didn't get fixed until 1 month later.

The good parts of this apartment:

1. The staff is pretty good.

2. The fitness center is good. I just don't feel comfortable going in the afternoon due to all the stares from the personnel of the basketball court. Too bad its only from 6am to 10pm.

3. Parking is good. Not well lighted though.

4. Rent is priced nicely.

5. The apartment managers are trying to correct the unwanted vehicles coming into the apartment complex.

I can't say that I recommend these apartments. Back in 2007, yes I would have. But, not now. I stayed this long because the complex was still good in 2008 and I was caught in a rough place financially when my lease came up this year. I will move at the end of this year though.

Happy hunting to all of you.
