For the most part, I love this place. The view is most impressive and the residents are polite. However, the gate never works and we are always locked out. The advertised 24 hour concierge is there only late night and the security is dreadful as evidenced by a covered break-in in the parking. The elevators often smell terrible and the hallways are always so hot it stifles you to wait for the elevator. When they retile another apartment, the banging (regardless of which floor it is on) can be heard throughout the building and is often loud enough to be mistaken for a knock on the door. After scratching thru the surface, you find it merely novel.
