I've been here almost 4 months and I don't have any real complaints. 1. Parking...they have a parking garage and you get assigned slots...so as long as noone else has taken my slot i'm fine. 2. Noise level...it's a highrise but the only time i can hear people is from my balcony occasionally when someone is being too loud. 3. Grounds... they're pretty and maintained. Enough for me. 4 Safety.. now this is what i really love about this place. First, the building is fenced in and and you have gate remotes to be let in. Then to open the door you need to swipe this thing across a pad to be let in. You can't just waltz on in. Guests have to call you from the door and it's cool cuz you can see them on your tv. 24 hour surveilence they have 5. Construction... well i can't thing of anything really at all to say about that, so i guess that's good. 6. Maintanence. My a/c went out one day and the maintance guy got it working in about 3 hours from when i called. 7. Office staff - they were really nice signing me on...and they still say hi. no problems. They also have a concierge, jesse, who always greets me with nicely. Overall, I'm really happy here. I've paid the same price at another place and didn't get 1/2 of what i do here.
