So Much Potential-Bad Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Be cautious on their "perks". They usually are blown up to be more than they truly are. There is no concierge 90% of the time. Parking garage is EXTREMELY shady (filthy) and never gets cleaned. Glass particles are everywhere. Hallways are never vacuumed so good luck if you have a neighbor who smokes or is filthy. Driveway gates give you a sense of security, but 60% of the time don't work! Security codes for guests to enter also get frustrating since management stalls to change them. Good luck having a dinner party where your guests can't enter! Elevators can and have broken while guests are inside! Building and management atmosphere could add sooo much more to the place, but unfortunately they don't. Look forward to slow incompetent management, elevators that malfunction, smelly hallways, and dog ---- in the elevators.
