I just renewed my lease and they only raised my rent $20. I lived at The lodge of Sonterra and they sent my rent back up to market rent a difference of over $100. so $20 dollars is not a big deal! Try finding an aprtment complex in San Antonio that pays for water! Maybe one of those nasty all bills paid complexes! Yes, there might not be the nicest apartments next door, but it is so easy for me to get anywhere I need to go weither it is downtown or to 1604 and there is a bunch of land surrounding the building it's not like it is right next door.I have no problem with the concierge. He is always there when I need him and he calls to deliver my packages. If UPS (or who ever) does their job than I have a slip on my door letting me know I have a package in the office and I can go and get it. I moved in right before they changed management so I can't say much for the old management, but I have heard lots of bad things about them so you can't satisfy everyone all the time. I can say that the girls in the office here know my name, what apartment I am in, and always say Hi! to me.That is more than you'll get from most apartment office staff.Take a look around.Other complexes charge unbelivable fees like pet rent and trash pick up. I am sure that you will find how nice your home is. I say if you have a problem with your home say something to the staff in the office. They have always been curtious and helped me. The ground is clean, my neighbors are nice, and I don't have any problems with my apartment. THis is a beautiful building and I love my view. There is always room for improvement, but over all I recomend it.
