Good Luck

I've read what others have had to say, but consider this...the building does have potential, but the water taste awful, paint is peeling off the walls, some people are using slang writing in the elevator, people with dogs don't pick up after them and the security is not 24 hours (gate is always opened and you can always get in the building) and what's with the fitness room' Some of the machines don't even work. Get them out of there or replace them. The basement area always stinks and looks just awful. Also, you have to pay for water now, originally that was not part of your lease, now it is and it's based on an average of how many people live in the apartment. So I can leave my water running all day and all night and pay an average for 1 or 2 people, based on my apartment size and how many people occupies it....so when you read that the rent only went up 20 dollars, think about it, 20 dollars for rent and an additional (between) 12 or 30 dollars for your average monthly water bill. Water should be part of the rent that you already pay, should not be additional monies.
I really don't recommend the place, unless you can accept what you see is what you get. Anyone can sugar coat, but when you bite down and it's sour......that's what happens here.
Remember, you've been full warned. I have nothing to say about Management, they want your money!
