RAT INFESTED! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Yes, this building is rat infested. The basement smells just awful, from rat feces and other waste. Get this, they are dressing up the lobby for eye appeal, guess they don't want you to think about anything bad goes on here. Renter be ware!
