The last poster is complaining a lot yet about NOTHING specific...oh, except manners. Well he's one to talk because his post doesn't reflect a well mannered person! Not surprising though considering every apartment community in this country has whiny posters if you haven't noticed already. Its expected on this site. If "ventura" means the new management, then YOU'RE the dilusional one because they just bought this place just over a month ago! If you are expecting miracles to happen overnight then go to church and quit your crybaby act. Nothing's perfect.
