Manager has an excuse for everything, no accountability. No updates on any progress to your work.
A/c and heat always have problems as the units are dependent on central cooling tower system. A/C went out earlier this year and instead of just getting the right people out here to fix it management kept sending their man, who could not fix it. Meanwhile we were burning up from the heat. If you can't handle the problem get someone who can! Just one of many instances.
Not what one expects as they put themselves forward as "Luxury Apartment".
