I have lived here for 3 years. Everything was great and fine, now we have the worst management company I have ever experienced. My apartment has been flooded twice ruining my belongings and no compensation was offered. We have regular false fire alarms, drug busts, vandalism, they refuse to clean the trash shute so there is a constant stench, after the second flooding of our floor they replaced the carpet with second hand stained carpet, the paint does not match, it took over a month for them to replace the pad in the apt after the 2nd flood. The elevators break down on a weekly basis. There is no 24 hr concierge service as contracted. After 6 mos. they still haven't fixed the front entry to allow guests inside. It is the worst place I have lived. We are moving out and may have to sue the management.
