The staff is unbearable! They are so rude and treat you like you are beneath them. Do not expect a friendly smile and hello, if you call they sound act like they are put out by having to answer the phone and talk to you! I work in customer service therefore I value it greatly, the apartments are nice, but it is not worth it.
