I am moving out because I moving out of town. If I was staying here in San Antonio, I would renew my least in a heart-beat.

It is 95% quite. Neighbors are nice. I love the monthly breakfast tacos and other events. I have NO BUGS in my apartment. Parking is not an issue. I feel safe here. The view is incredible. I especially love the lighting and thunder storms that we have been having lately.

Granted, there are a few things that are troublesome. The water goes out every so often and when it comes back on, it s brown for a few days. HOWEVER, my experience has been that the water in the bathroom (sink, toilet and bath tub) are brown. The drinking water from the kitchen sink (including dishwasher) has only been brown once (and only for an evening). I also check my water before cleaning, cooking, washing, etc. That s annoying, but for the most part the water is crystal clear.

And yes, the heat went out during the ice storm. That was miserable. The water went out and since the heat uses steam, we were out. God that was freezing hell for a few days.

BUT everything else has been good. Still can t get the hall light fixture fixed, but I love this building and complex.
Like I said, I would continue living here if it wasn t for me moving out of town.

Management is ok. May be a little superficial but at least they smile (even if it s fake). I have experienced much much worse. I will let you know how my move out goes (i.e. deposits)

Manager's Response

We are very excited to hear that you would have continued to call The Enclave @ 1550 your home. Please allow me to address some of your concerns. We did experience some water outages. This was due to repairs and upgrades on the domestic water lines. As for the incident back in January which left the building without heat, that was due to a rupture in a main water line which leads to our boiler. This issue was addressed immediately and repaired to ensure it will not happen in the future. Should you experience any issues with your move out, please feel free to contact management.
