Management and staff are very rude to tenants. Maintenance here is a joke. I was without hot water for four days and had to go to another apartment at 5:00 AM to take a shower before work. I was promised each day a new hot water heater and never received one until the day I moved. They promise you many ammenities but never deliver. Consider yourself warned and spend ypur rent money where you are appreciate.

| I have reviewed all work orders which have been submitted since January 2007 and failed to locate any resident who was left without hot water for four days. Management has an open door policy in order to allow residents the ability to report any delays in service. Our maintenance staff prides themselves in the level of service they provide to all of our residents. | |

You are absolutely right this place sucks and I wish it were not recommended that I move here. I was knew to San Antonio and very naive, but we win some and lose some!
