| I am sorry to hear that your experience at The Enclave has been so negative. In response to the comment about the heat being out for 3 days, this actually occurred January of 2007 when San Antonio experienced the big freeze. Since then, major improvements have been made to avoid similiar issues of this nature. As for the elevator, anytime that we have an issue with it, it is immediately addressed. As for mafia members residing on property, this is not something that the office is aware of. Every person that lives at The Enclave is subject to a mandatory criminal check . If you have concerns, you can always come to the office and address them with the staff. It is unfortunate that you do not like the renovations to the fitness center because the staff worked very hard to make this better for the residents and we have received very positive remarks in regards to it. The cameras that have been installed in the parking garage and other locations are not dummy cameras and do record. When it comes to criminal activity to a vehicle, it is unfortunate, but crime knows no zip code so this can happen anywhere. We do wish that you would reconsider your choice to leave The Enclave but if you don't we wish you the best always in the future. | |

Well let's just reevaluate things.....People's cars are being broken into, there are constant water outages at least twice monthly, I can even recall a time when I had no heat in the winter for at least 3 days, always false alarms or drama with EMS, the elevators are constantly breaking down (hmmmm??? it's a guessing game as to which elevator actually works)riding the elevator is like playing the price is right! Behind which curtain does the elevator actually work Curtain A, B, or C! Not to mention I personally witnessed a tenants car on bricks at 630am on my way to work, I heard that there were high profile case drug busts on the premises and known mafia members residing on the grounds. Moreover, the air filtration system manages to leave a thick layer of dust on all the furniture in my apartment and I have chronic bronchitis, so wheezing has become an everyday snack for my unfortunate soul! And you ask me why I say all of this, because it has affected me to the bitter end. Yes they just started painting, changing the gym which looks like crap and now installing dummy looking video cameras (ha!) what a joke! And you have the audacity to say that you love this ghetto place we pay over $1,000 in rent for monthly? It's not worth living here I don't give it damn what anybody says! This is Cabrini Green of San Antonio...... Not you, management or any other brainwashed gullible affiliate can convince me otherwise. I will be out of this hell hole soon and very soon and Venterra Realty can shove it!
