I have lived at the Enclave for 3 years and was ready to move out because of all of the problems that are described on this web site by other residents. However, the management company replaced the manager and staff and the problems have almost all been completely resolved or are in the process of being resolved. The building is now cleaned regularly and maintained well. They recently completed a major overhaul of the gym and it's REALLY nice now. The maintenance staff has been very responsive to my work orders and even called the next day to make sure the request was completed to my satisfaction. Old problem residents seem to have moved out. The office staff is now genuinely friendly and helpful and I have confidence that when I bring something to their attention that it will be addressed. Additionally, the apartment itself is very nice, safe, secure, and I have a fantastic view.

No apartment complex is perfect and things aren't perfect here yet either, but the situation is MUCH improved. Having lived with all of the old constant problems, I can't say enough about how different things are here now except to say that I recently renewed my lease for another full year!

I love it here. I used the gym alot. The lobby looks great with the new paint. They are really making it it hard for me to want to leave this property. I will love to re-sign my lease....when it come to maintance and customer service The Enclave at 1550 ranks in at the top 10!

That is a flat out lie and you are probably part of the management staff posting reviews to this site to try and convince people that the grounds are worth it when they are truly not! I live there and we still get water outage notes, still have drug dealers on the premises, rude management who don't really care and other problems! Still I contend BUYERS BEWARE!
